Delivery Information

  1. We deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland (unless otherwise specified). We are also able to deliver to certain other locations. For more information about delivery locations please contact “Customer Services”.
  2. Where delivery charges are displayed on screen, these are standard UK mainland delivery charges only (unless otherwise specified).
  3. All orders will be despatched within three days of your order and cleared payment.
  4. We only despatch products ordered by you once payment has been authorised. If you are paying by cheque, your order will not be despatched until your cheque has arrived and has been cleared.
  5. We currently offer Standard Delivery. Delivery will be made by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or other carrier at our choosing. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Please expect to sign for receipt of your goods on delivery.
  6. Should the carrier be unable to make delivery at the first attempt, you will have to make arrangements directly with the carrier to re-arrange delivery.
  7. If you order products for delivery outside the United Kingdom, they may be subject to import duties and taxes; you will be responsible for these. We have no control over such charges and cannot advise you as to what any such charges may be. Your local customs office should be able to assist. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom you will be considered to be the importer and it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the country to which the products are to be delivered. Cross-border deliveries may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
  8. We are not liable for delays to deliveries which are outside our control.
